The hotel was quiet and located in a pretty quiet area. The staff were attentive and the pool was very clean. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was great.

I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. It had excellent facilities in the bathroom: a shower and hair dryers. Location: the hotel was not far from public areas as well as the famous Blue Hole.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was nice hot. They offered huge and cozy rooms with bathtubs, a firm mattress, space to get around. The facilities were overall nice.

The location was particularly good for exploring Santa Rosa. In addition, liked to spend time by the lake, it was 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Everything was well-maintained, even so we stayed for 1 night only.

We had Disability Access room with space to get around and a firm mattress, as for instance, which was important. The service was top-notch as we had expected. The pool was heated too.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the highway. The facility is clean and modern, and the staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of items.

The pool area could use some improvement.

I greatly enjoyed this smoke-free hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The staff members were all courteous, the rooms were exceptionally nice with a firm mattress, bathtubs and space to get around.

Ability to make a reservation w/o having to jump through a lot of hoops to secure same and get confirmation of the reservation.

Desk clerk definitely not a "people person". No sense of humor or how to interact with the traveling public. Just occupying space and doing the minimum requested. The am desk rep seemed a little more engaged with his guests. Room had no refrigerator - - needed to store medications overnight.
